About the owner

I started Sterling Services with a simple mission: to provide the reliability and peace of mind that busy families, professionals, and seniors deserve.

My family moved here 30 years ago to be closer to extended family and friends, and we have deep roots in the Dallas, Fort Worth and Arlington communities.

Sterling Services is a one-woman business owned by me, Helen Williams. I retired after a long and fulfilling career in school communications and journalism. After retirement, I began work as a caregiver and concierge for clients who require a compassionate, organized and reliable helper. 

​

Through that work, I saw a growing need for a trusted partner in managing life’s many moving parts. Whether it’s navigating complex schedules, providing trusted transportation, or managing culinary and household needs, my goal is to give my clients peace of mind.

I understand the challenge of juggling demanding careers with the needs of aging parents or young children. At Sterling Services, I don’t just handle appointments and administrative tasks; I provide the reassurance that comes from knowing every detail is in capable, professional hands.
